The Guessopedia app is operated by DEKRET Digital s. r. o. (“we”, “us”), the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
Guessopedia has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number or location, we do not show ads and we do not sell data or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We use Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) for push notifications, analytics and crash reporting, and Apple for payments. Our servers are hosted in the European Union. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Game data is deleted when the game ends. The installation identifier, push token and subscription records are kept while you use the app and deleted at the latest 24 months after your last activity (subscription records may be kept longer where accounting law requires it). Analytics and crash data are kept according to Firebase retention settings (at most 14 months).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because we have no accounts, please include the installation identifier shown in the app (Menu → About) when you write to us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is described above.
